We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, beauty products, cosmetics, earrings, and personal care items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
